Leading North East property firm Carvers has announced the appointment of Gary Stephenson as Valuer at its Darlington office, further strengthening the company’s growing presence in the town and reinforcing its commitment to providing exceptional service to local buyers and sellers.
With over 33 years’ experience in estate agency, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Having started his property career as a sales negotiator in Durham City, he quickly progressed to Senior Valuer before being promoted to Branch Manager in Darlington in 2007. In this role, he combined hands-on market appraisals with the day-to-day management of the branch, a position he held until December this year.
Remarkably, throughout his career to date, Gary had worked for just one estate agency, making his move to Carvers an exciting new chapter.
Commenting on his appointment, Gary said: “After more than three decades with one company, joining Carvers marks a new and exciting step for me. Gary’s wife, Sue Stephenson, also recently joined Carvers as a Senior Sales Negotiator at the firm’s Northallerton office, bringing further experience and expertise into the wider Carvers team.
